Summary of every file provided by Chris on remote desktop: 9,430 real assets across box artwork PDFs and studio photos, cross-referenced against all 3,211 SKUs. Shows which products have photography ready, which don't, and the one confirmed gap — lifestyle imagery for hero candidates.

Hero Product Selection — for Michael

50 product candidates we've identified as your strongest storytelling pieces, grouped by category. Michael picks the 20 that should get full editorial-quality product page treatment. Live counter targets 20; submission exports a CSV.

Sub-brand Prefix Mapping — for the intern

Brief + fillable CSV. Resolves which sub-brand owns each SKU prefix and operational classification code. Feeds directly into the navigation and collection structure. Hand to your intern when they start.
